Pinky Maniri-Pescasio is a bold and visionary Filipino American entrepreneur, healthcare systems strategist, and one of the most trusted advisors in the medical practice industry today. As the Founder and CEO of Avra Healthcare Staffing Solutions, LLC and GoHealthcare Practice Solutions, LLC she leads with precision, integrity, and an unshakable mission to transform healthcare delivery in the United States.
With her clinical nursing background, gaining foundational knowledge in patient care and healthcare delivery. While she chose not to practice at the bedside, her journey took her deeper—into the architecture of healthcare systems. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and pursued graduate studies in Systems Engineering, specializing in Operations Research and Queueing Theory—equipping her to solve complex, real-world challenges in healthcare operations.
With over 28 years of leadership in medical practice management and revenue cycle strategy, Pinky is a go-to advisor for C-suite executives, physicians, and healthcare practice owners. Through GoHealthcare Practice Solutions, she delivers expert guidance in revenue cycle management, prior authorization, payer contracting, surgical coordination, compliance, and AI integration.
